LAKE, LEONA EVA (SYER)(MRS. ANGUS CLEO):
Obituary:  "LEONA EVA LAKE - ORLEANS - Leona Eva Lake, 73, of 2359 Long Lake
Road, Orleans, died Tuesday at home.  She was born Sept. 1, 1906, in Illinois.
   Mrs. Lake lived in Sault Ste. Marie before moving to Orleans.  She was a
member of Shiloh Community Church.  She married Angus Lake April 2, 1925.  He
preceded her in death in January 1980.
   She is survived by four daughters, Roberta Bodell of Muskegon, Sandra Hayden
of Saranac, Sonia Stanton, of Ionia and Sharron Headworth of Orleans; three
sons, Monte, Larry and Rick; four sisters, Kate Pliss of Sault Ste. Marie, Leida
Zabik of Inkster, and Victoria Perkins and Viola Perkins; three brothers, Eber,
George and Charlie Syer; 36 grandchildren, and 35 great-grandchildren.
   Services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at the Huffman Funeral Home in
Belding with the Rev. Kenneth Harger officiating.  Burial will be in Orleans
Cemetery.  Friends may visit from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday.  Memorial
contributions may be made to Shiloh Community Church."
