Excerpts from Greenville Obituary

                                GERALD D.LAKE

Died Tuesday July 7, 1992-age 50 at Sheridan Hospital. 
Born October 24,1941 in Ionia son of James R. and Bernice Wells Lake.
A Farmer & longtime resident of Sheridan & Fenwick areas. 
Married April 15, 1977 to Bertha M.Haag, who survived.
Also surviving are his mother & Step-father, Bernice & Rollo Dean of Sidney; a 
daughter & her finance,Bobbi Haag & Ronald Staines, Fenwick; three 
granddaughters, Natasha, Cassandra & Dana Staines; a sister & her husband, Judy 
& Herb Olson, Grand Rapids; four half-sisters & four half-brothers.
Preceded in death by his father.
Funeral services Thursday at 11 a.m. at Stebbins & Simpson Funeral Home, 
Sheridan,MI
Rev.Kenneth Harger officiating, with burial in Clear Lake Cemetery.
Visitation Wednesday 2-4 and 7-8:30 p.m.at the funeral home.
