Excerpts from Greenville Obituary

DALE KEITH LAKE

Died April 16, 2026-age 84 of Trufant, MI under the care with family & Gentiva 
Hospice.
Born December 9, 1941 in Ionia, MI, son of Burton M.& Ialene M.(Wells) Lake.
Graduated from Lyons High School in 1960.
Served in the Navy for 4 years after High School during the Vietnam War.
Met Sandra Flashaar on a blind date & later married her on May 15,1965, & were 
married for over 60 years.
Dale was a member of the 1073rd National Guard & worked 15 years for Jeff Branch 
Motor Sales and 25 years at Gibsons.
Survived by his wife, Sandra; children, David (Sue) Lake, Darcie (Jim) Harris, 
Darla Lake,Dan (Christina) Lake & Darick Lake, 13 grandchildren, 14 great-
grandchildren & one great-great.
Preceded in death by his brother, Larry Lake & his sister Sue McGlamery.
Celebration of Life will be from 1-4 Sunday, April 26, 2026 at the Langston Bar. 
Memorial contribution may be made to Gentiva Hospice.
