Ionia Sentinel Standard, 30 Aug 1982

Nicole Ann Lake, infant daughter of Thomas and Sandra Velasquez Lake of Ionia,
died Saturday morning shortly after birth in Ionia County Memorial Hospital.

Surviving, in addition to her parents, are her grandmothers, Maria Velasquez and
Helen Smith, both of Ionia. 

Graveside services will be held Monday at 1 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Gardens, the
Rev. Thomas Bolster of SS. Peter and Paul officiating.  Arrangements have been
made by Leddick Funeral Home.
