MRS. VERNELL LAMB
Saranac - Vernell Lamb, 41, of 10301, Riverside drive, died Thursday Morning 
in Belding Community Hospital after an extended illness.

She was born in Mississippi November 17, 1934, the daughter of Levi and 
Haughty Kind Davis. She lived in Mississippi until moving to Saranac five 
years ago.

Surviving include her husband Loyal; two sons, Gerald of Kentucky and Ronald 
of Grand Rapids and five daughters, Christine of Grand Rapids, Antonette 
Martin of Mississippi, Billie Jean Chapman, Mary Ann Chapman, all of Saranac, 
Her mother, Mrs Haughty Davis of Mississippi; three brothers, James Davis of 
Illinois, Hardy Davis and T.J. Davis, both of Mississippi and three sisters, 
Jesse Hancock fo Mississippi, Willie Ree Thames of Indiana and Laura Mae Reid 
of Mississippi also survive. 

Memorial services are at 11 a.m Saturday at the Roetman Funeral home in 
Saranac with Rev. James Frank of Gallilee Baptist church in Saranac.
