CLARE LAMBERT DIES SUDDENLY FRI. ------- Mrs. Eleanor Nelson Lambert passed away at her home early Friday morning about 8:30 from a heart attack. She was 44 years of age March 14, 1943. Having suffered from a heart ailment for a few weeks in late winter she had apparently recovered her usual health. She was a member of the Rebekahs and recently served on its staff. She was of a sincere, quiet, friendly nature and enjoyed her friends and her home. Her sister, Mrs. Don Van Allen was visiting her when she died. She is survived by her husband, a son and daughter, twins, Jack in service Camp Robinson, Ark.. and Jean and another son Robert, both at home, her father and mother Mr. and Mrs. George Nelson at Greenville, five sisters Mrs. Lester Reynolds at Six Lakes, Mrs. Van Allen at Greenville, Mrs. Wallace Gilbert in Grand Rapids, Mrs. Wilham Perry in Detroit, and Mrs. Frank Roth in Detroit and a brother Leo Nelson at Greenville. The Worley & Baine chapel was crowded with sympathy friends at the funeral Monday afternoon. The Rev. J. W. Winger officiated and interment was made in Lakeside cemetery.
