The Hastings Reminder, May 15, 2007


Norman Bryce Lambert, age 72, of Crystal, formerly of Lake Odessa, passed away 
quietly on Friday, May 11, 2007.  Norman was born on the family farm in Odessa 
Township on March 29, 1935, the son of Ralph C. and Leona (Leazenby) Lambert.

He had attended Limerick Country School and Lake Odessa High School, and had 
served in the U.S. Army.  Norman had worked at the Clarksville Elevator for 20 
years and retired from Bradford-White.  He loved his truck and was forever the 
country boy who loved the peace and quiet.

Norman is survived by his brother, Tommy Lambert of Crystal; sister, Nora 
Hollenbeck of Lansing; and eight nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death 
by his parents.

A time of visitation will be held at the Koops Funeral Chapel in Lake Odessa 
on Tuesday, May 14, 2007 from 10 a.m. to noon.  Burial will follow in Lakeside 
Cemetery.
