John Clark Lambertson, 87, of Belding passed away Thursday, August 8, 2002, at 
United Memorial Health Center in Greenville.  He was born September 20, 1914, 
in Orleans Township, the son of John and Minnie Gleason Lambertson.

He was a lifelong area farmer.  John was married in Angola, Ind. to Donnavere 
Little, who preceded him in death in December of 1990.  He was also preceded in 
death by two sons, Phillip and Stephen, his parents, two brothers, Theodore and 
Thane, and two sisters, Ila Bozung and Sue Hayworth.

John is survived by his daughters, Sue Lynn and Henry Krueger of Auburn Hills, 
and Lee Ila and Randy Sage of Belding.  He is also survived by five 
grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren and his 
brother, Ned Lambertson.

Funeral and committal services for John will be 3 p.m. Saturday at Johnson-
Feuerstein Funeral Home in Belding with Pastor Ken Harger of Shiloh Community 
Church officiating.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.  Interment will be in Orleans 
Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Alvah N. Belding Library.
