The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Monday, March 11, 1935
John C. Lambertson, 60, Orleans township farmer, died at Blodgett hospital in 
Grand Rapids late Saturday.  He had been ill for some time. 

Mr. Lambertson, prominent in Ionia county agricultural activities for many 
years, is survived by his widow, Minnie; four sons, Theodore and Thane, of 
Lansing, Ned, of Detroit, and John C. Jr., of Orleans; two daughters, Mrs. Ila 
Bozung, of Lansing, and Mrs. Hugh Hayworth, of Chicago; two sisters, Mrs. 
Alfred Benedict of Chicago, and Mrs. Charles Graff of Orleans, and two 
brothers, Charles and Walter, of Belding.

Mr. Lambertson was a Gleaner, a Maccabee and a member of the grange.

Funeral services were attended Monday afternoon at 2:30 from the home.
