Ionia Daily Standard, 10 Dec 1894

Mrs. Catherine Lampkin, of Keene, died this morning, at the age of 59.  She had 
been an invalid many years, but was seriously ill but two or three days.  Her 
husband, William Lampkin, died 17 years ago.  They came to Keene 38 years ago.  
She leaves six children: Bertram, a salesman in Greene & Co’s. clothing store; 
Frank and Ella, living on the homestead with their mother; Charles, of Keene, J. 
Harvey, of Lawrence, Mich.; and Mrs. C.H. Ickes, of Sandusky, Ohio.  The funeral 
will be held from the residence, at 12:30 Wednesday.
