Mrs. Mrytie Lampkin, 79, of Saranac died at her home Saturday, March 26, at 
10:30 p.m.  She was born May 29, 1875, in Keene township, the daughter of 
Chadwick and Cornelia Lee Bush.  She lived her entire life in the vicinity of 
Saranac.

Survivors are one son, Lee of Keene who lives on the homestead; two grandsons, 
Richard of Keene and John of the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor; two grand-
daughters, Mrs. Clinton Christoff of Lowell and Mrs. Earl Anderson of Utica, 
New York; eleven great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Lampkin was a member of the Saranac Community church, the D.A.R. of Ionia 
and the Saranac Valley 276 O.E.S.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 at the Morris funeral 
home in Saranac.  The Rev. Glenn McCarty will officiate.  Pallbearers will be 
John and Richard Lampkin, Clinton Christoff, George Cobb, Harold Frost and Earl 
Schied.
