Ionia Sentinel-Standard
Donald G. Lance, 50, of route 3, Belding, died Saturday at Belding Community 
hospital.  Born September 8, 1922, at St. Johns he was the son of Mr. and Mrs. 
Charles Lance.  He was married January 24, 1947, at Fowlerville to Betty 
Collier. 

Surviving besides the wife are two daughters, Jean and Cheryl at home; three 
sons, Donald, James and Dennis at home; two brothers, Charles of New Port 
Richey, Fla., and Freemen of Garden City.

He was a veteran of World War II.

Funeral services will be Tuesday at 1:30 pm at Huffman funeral home in Belding.  
Rev. Jack Dunn will officiate and interment will be at Easton cemetery, Ionia 
county.
