Death Takes Life Of Mrs.Savena Lane
Mrs. Savena Lane, 96, passed away Friday night at the Eckert convalescent home 
in Ionia.

She had been a resident of this area for many years and her husband Edward 
passed away about 12 years ago.

Surviving are a son Roy of Lake Odessa; two sisters, Mrs.Viva Hazel of Lowell 
and Mrs.Ida English of Portland, Oregon; four grandchildren; ten great-
grandchildren and eleven great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Monday at 2 at the Pickens Chapel with burial in 
Lakeside cemetery. Rev. A.J. Pitman officiated.
