Grand Rapids Press - Saturday, March 23, 1968

Sgt. Warren C. Lane died March 10th in Vietnam at the age of 23. 

Services will be held Tuesday afternoon in Grand Rapids in the memorial chapel 
at Zaagman Memorial Chapel at 1:30 p.m.

Rev. Seth Davey will officiate and Military services will be held at the 
graveside as well. 

Sgt. Lane will be laid to rest at the Rest Haven Memorial Gardens in 
Greenville. A memorial has been established at the V.F.W. post in Sheridan, 
Mich. Members of the family will be at the chapel Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 
then again during the evening hours Monday from 7 to 9 p.m.

Sgt. Lane is survived by his wife, Marcia C. Lane, his parents, Mr. and Mrs. 
Clifford H. Lane and three sisters, Mrs. Sandra Rosier of Lansing, Mrs. Joseph 
(Muriel) Guiles of Holland and Mrs. David (Marcia) Fisher of Grand Rapids; his 
maternal grandmother, Mrs. Ethel Kreeger of Greenville.
