Sentinel-Standard - Monday, August 10, 1931

Mrs. Charlotte E. Lantis, widow of James Lantis, died at her home, 175 Adams 
street, Saturday afternoon wt the age of 80 years. Funeral services were 
conducted by Dr. W. F. Kendrick at the Bradley funeral home Monday afternoon 
at 3 o'clock. Interment was in Highland Park cemetery.

Mrs. Lantis had lived in Ionia for 38 years. She was a member of the women's 
relief corps. She leaves a stepdaughter, Mrs. Syers, of Belding; and a step-
grandson, Willard Syers, of Belding; a sister, Mrs. Maxine of Hart. The other 
relative are Gary Lincoln of Tustin, and Harry Lincoln of Washington
