Guy Lapo The funeral of Guy Lapo was held in Central Methodist church where the deceased had been a member a number of years. The church was nearly filled, notwithstanding the exceedingly hot day. Rev. O. F. Bulman, the pastor, spoke words of comfort and Mr. and Mrs. R. W. Goodemoot sang “Abide in His Love,” Mrs. Thomas Johnson accompanied and played the funeral march. The bearers were Byron Goodsell, George Tasker, Glenn Covert, William Sweitzer, Sam McRoberts and Ed Snobble. Those from away to attend the funeral of Guy Lapo were Mr. and Mrs. George Allsbaugh and son and daughter of Tiffin, O., Mr. and Mrs. Rhodes of Bloomville, O., Mr. and Mrs. George Horn and Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Smith and daughter of Attica, O., Miss Inez Miley and father of Shepard, Mich., and Mr. and Mrs. George Lapo and son of Portland.
