MRS. ELLEN LAPO DIED WEDNESDAY AT ROCKFORD
    Mrs. Ellen C. Lapo, 85, died early Wednesday morning at the home of her son in
law and daughter Mr. and 
Mrs Lester Coykendall of Rockford after a long illness.
   She had spent her entire life in this area with the exception of ten years with
her daughter Mrs. Forrest 
Klingman at Six Lakes and about a year at the Coykendall home.
   Mrs. Lapo was a member of the local Methodist church.
   Surviving besides the two daughters are a sister Mrs. Jesse Meyers of Lake Odessa
and three grand 
children.
   Her husband Guy died in 1929 in the LaDue and Snyder hardware fire.
   Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 at the Pickens funeral home with burial
in Lakeside cemetery.
