Mrs. E.E. Lapworth Dies at Age of 75

Mrs. Effie E. Lapworth, 75, of New Lothrop, passed away at Pennock hospital, 
Hastings, Monday evening, where she had been a patient for two weeks. She had 
resided at the home of her son Robert, here for the last three years.

Surviving besides the son are three grandchildren, three sisters, Mrs. Beatrice 
Pearsall of Montrose, Mrs. Cora Esseltine of Chesaning and Mrs. Orpha Hall of 
New Lothrop and thee brothers, John and Charles Nelson of Jew Lothrop and Henry 
of Chesaning.

Mrs. Lapworth reposed at the Robert Lapworth home until 1 o'clock Wednesday when 
taken to the Krebs funeral home at Corunna where services were held Thursday 
(today) at 2:00 with burial in Elmwood cemetery, New Lothrup.
