Dennis E. Larner, 37, of route 1, Clarksville, died Sunday evening of 
accidental injuries.

He was born September 1941 in Bradley township, the son of Robert and Edna 
Hayner Larner.  Mr. Larner married the former Gayla Leland June 19, 1965, in 
Ionia.

He was employed by TRW in Portland as an electrician, served with the U.S. Navy 
and was a life member of the Amvets in Ionia.

Mr. Larner attended schools in Chesaning and graduated from Flint Northwestern 
high school.

Survivors include his wife, Gayla, two sons, Steven and Matthew at home, two 
daughters Rebecca and Sandra, at home; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Larner; 
two brothers, Kenneth of California and Ernest of Flint; one sister, Mrs. Linda 
Simpson of Davidson and his grandmother, Mrs. Bertha Hayner of Saginaw.

Services are Wednesday at 2 p.m. from the Myers-Roetman funeral home with 
burial in Sunset Memorial gardens.  The family will receive friends and 
relatives at the funeral home Tuesday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
