Ionia Standard - Friday August 6, 1886

Mrs.Isaac Larrison, daughter of the late Wm. H. Slocum, died last Saturday of 
consumption.Funeral held Sunday afternoon at North Plains church. Rev. Mr.Jacokes 
attending. Mrs. Larrison united with the M.E.church at this place about a year 
ago, and was always found in class meetings where her health permit and ever 
ready with a testimony for the love of our Savior. It seems sad one so young 
(only 21) should be called from a kind and indulgent husband, yet how pleasant to 
feel that she was prepared to go.
