This is what he said to me.I waned you to remember her as she was before. Not as she looked when she was knocking at my door. Her angel wings have reached her, she is happy now. She's with the ones she knew and loved. Grandma being the main one." No other words area s true as they have been for us the last few days when our loved one, Kim "Abby" Larson, 67, of Rodney, unexpectedly passed away at home, from medical complications, on January 7, 2024. Kim was a touch stubborn with a big heart when it came to her pets and those she loved. Her life wasn't always easy but she did the best she felt she could at the time and for the circumstance. In her later years having some regrets and seeking forgiveness where needed. Kim was born on October 11, 1956 in Ionia, Michigan to the late LeRoy and Mary Ann (LaBine) Bursley. Kim's youngest children remember their mom taking night school classes to get her GED and becoming the head start teacher during their grade school years. Kim enjoyed doing crafts, making blankets for her grandchildren & great- grandchildren and collecting several things from keychains to figurines. She was independent, often said it how it was and could be sentimental all at the same time.
