               BEULAH M. LARWOOD

   LAKE ODESSA - Beulah M. Larwood, 77, formerly of Lake Odessa died Monday in New
Jersey.

   She was born April 13, 1915, in Detroit, the daughter of Charles and Maude Ritter
Vosburg.

   She married Charles Larwood, who preceded her in death in 1967.

   She is survived by her daughter Judith L Hegg of Morristown, New Jersey; two
sons, Charles of Atlanta and 
Allen of Buffalo; and six grandchildren.

   Funeral services were held Thursday at St. Peter's Episcopal Church of
Morristown.

   Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Monday at Lakeside Cemetery, Lake Odessa.

   Arrangements were made by Koops funeral Chapel of Lake Odessa.
