NORTH KEENE
April 14 - Funeral services for Miss Helen Laux were held at the Catholic 
church at Miriam Wednesday. She was the only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J.M. 
Laux. With the passing away of Helen, Keene loses one of its best loved girls. 
Since early girlhood, her life has been spent in doing good to others. To the 
brother her early death means the loss of a devoted and self-sacrificing 
sister, and to the parents a loving daughter, one who was ever ready to help in 
their home of need. The sympathy of the neighborhood gone out to them in their 
terrible sorrow.

Another Laux and daughter Wilma returned to their home at Swartz Creek today.
