Excerpts from Saranac Obituary

Janet LaVean
Died Friday July 1, 2022-age 87 of Ohio
Born November 19, 1934 in South Haven,MI the daughter of Frank & Irene 
(Lamphear) Lambert.
Married Duane LaVean on November 24, 1956.
Jan was an avid reader & wrote down every book she read.
"Grandma Jan" loved being a teacher, sharing, working with children, clearing 
her lawn of dandelions.
She was known as the "Cookie Queen".
Survived by her daughters,Honor Taylor of Georgia and Andrea (Jim) Tarolli of 
Ohio; grandchildren, Lindsay (Brian) Coch, Ashley (Chad) Wolfe, Sam Tarolli and 
Alex Tarolli; and great-grandchildren, Delilah Wolfe and Nash Wolfe.
Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Dwayne and brother, James Lambert.
Graveside service Tuesday July 19th at 11 a at Saranac Cemetery.
Arrangements in care of Lake Funeral Home.
