The Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, Friday, November 9, 1956


Funeral services were held Wednesday, November 7 at the Van Lerberghe funeral 
home in Detroit for Charles L. Leach, 76, former resident of  Ionia, who died 
at Harper hospital in Detroit, November 3.

Born in Easton township, Ionia county, February 25, 1880, he was the son of 
George R. and Lucy Viola Leach.

Surviving are his wife Lena and duaghter, Mrs. Floyd Frazo, both of Detroit; 
two sisters, Mrs. Allen Joslyn of route two, Greenville; Mrs. W. B. Conner, 
Ionia; one brother, Ray Leach, Royal Oak and several nieces.  

Interment was in Roseland Park cemetery, Royal Oak.
