Angelika Lee, 61, passed away on Friday, April 9, 2010, surrounded by loved 
ones.

She was born on Oct. 12, 1948, in Salzgitter, Germany, to Stefan and Josfa 
(Bizyk) Silzer. Angi was a beloved member of Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic 
Church. She was a founding member of Pregnancy Services of Ionia County, where 
she served as the Director. Angi was also a teacher at Portland Adult and 
Community Education. She was honored as the recipient of the Bishop Britt 
Social Justice Award in 2004.

She was preceded in death by her father, Stefan Silzer.

Loving wife, mother, and grandmother she is survived by her husband, Tom Lee of 
Ionia; four children, Joseph M. Lee of Ionia, Mary A. Lee of Ionia, Angelika M. 
Lee of Chicago, Ill., and Stefan J. Lee of Ionia; grandson, Parker T. Lee; 
mother, Josefa Silzer of Gladwin; and brother, Stefan (Barbara Chauncey) Silzer 
of Oakton, Va.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 13, 2010, at Ss. 
Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Ionia with Rev. Thomas Boufford, presiding. The 
family will receive friends at the Schrauben-Lehman funeral Homes, Ionia from 6 
to 8 p.m. Monday where there will be a Scripture Service held at 7:30 p.m.
