Walter Lee Funeral Held Here Monday; Passes Away at Home

Funeral services for Walter A. Lee, 84, who passed away at his home in Saranac
Friday, October 19, were held at the Morris Funeral Home at 2:30 p.m. Monday. 
Burial was in Saranac Cemetery.

Mr. Lee was born in Hiram, Portage County, Ohio on May 31, 1867 and came to
Michigan with his parents in 1869.  He was married to Alice Chapple December 23,
1888.  They had one son, Jay W. Lee.
He was a member of the Saranac Community Church and the Boston Masonic Lodge. 
He lived on his farm in Berlin Township for 30 years, before moving to his home
in Saranac.

He is survived by his wife, Alice, and the son, Jay W. Lee of Lake Odessa.

Rev. Glenn McCarty officiated at the services.
