Ionia Standard, 23 May 1913

George Lehman, one of Portland’s best known young men, died at the home of his 
parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Lehman, Thursday a.m. at 10 o’clock.  Mr. Lehman was 
32 years of age and has suffered several years from tuberculosis.  Funeral 
services were held at St. Patrick’s church 9 o’clock Saturday, Rev. Father 
Koelzer officiating.
