Donna Jean Lehman, 75, of Fenwick, passed away April 12, 2000, in Fenwick.  She
was born July 6, 1924, in Muir, the daughter of Frankie and Louva (Dennis)
Townsend.  She married Gerald Lehman on March 26, 1941, in Ionia County.

She is survived by her sons, Winston (Skeeter) and Patti Lehman of Lansing,
Wayne (Kenneth) and Michele Lehman of Barryton, Frankie and Susan Lehman of
Fenwick, Linda and Norman Newcomb of Saranac, Gerald (Mike) Lehman of Fenwick;
daughter Laura Jean and Mark Lent of Crystal, Marlene Lake of Saranac; brothers,
Shorty and Dianne Lehman of Fenwick, Robert and Marilyn Townsend of Muir,
Herbert and Linda Brown of St. Johns; 24 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren
and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral service for Donna will be held on Friday at 2 p.m. at the Lake Funeral
Home in Ionia with Rev. Kenneth Harger officiating.  Interment in Palo Cemetery.
 Visitation will be today from 2 until 4 and 7 until 8:30 p.m. at the Lake
Funeral Home in Ionia.  Anyone wishing may make memorial contributions to
Gratiot County Home Health and Hospice.
