Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, Fri, May 28, 1976
Frederick G. Lehman, 80, Palo died early this morning at a hospital in Grand 
Rapids after a long illness.  He was born in Ionia March 30,1896, the son of 
Michael and Carolyn Lehman.

He attended the Ionia public schools.  He married Grace Sprague in 1918.  She 
preceded him in death July, 1973.  They had lived in Palo since 1943 where he 
was a retired farmer and carpenter.  He was a veteran of WWI.

Survivors include fours sons, two daughters, one brother and one sister, 19 
grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.

Services will be Saturday at 3 pm at the Hull Memorial chapel in Muir. Burial 
will be at Palo Cemetery.
