                                GERTRUDE R.LEHMAN

IONIA-Gertrude R.Lehman, 78, of 522 W.Washington St.,Ionia, died Monday at the 
Ionia county Memorial Hospital.

Lehman was born in Odessa township, Ionia County on Sept. 29, 1900, the daughter 
of Lewis and Mary Schnabel Lehman.

She attended the Carr Rural School and made her home in Odessa Township until 
moving to Ionia seven years ago. She had worked as a practical nurse for many 
years and was a member of SS. Peter & Paul Catholic Church.

Survivors include one brother, Lewis Lehman of Lake Odessa, two sisters, Julia 
and Therese Lehman, both of Ionia and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral Mass will be Friday at 11 a.m at SS Peter & Paul Catholic Church with 
the Rev. Henry Dondzila officiating. Burial will be in Mt.Olivet Cemetery.

A Scriptural Wake service will be held Thursday at 8 pm. from the Leddick 
Funeral Home.

The family will be at the funeral home Thursday from 2 pm to 4 pm and from 7 pm 
to 9 pm to visit friends and relatives.
