Sentinel-Standard - Monday, Sept. 10, 1990

LAKE ODESSA- Lewis A. Lehman, 83, of 10340 State Road, of Lake Odessa, died 
Friday.

He was born March 20, 1907, in Sebewa Township, the son of Lewis and Marry 
Schnabel Lehman.

He attended Carr School.

He was married to Dora Ginter on Dec. 31, 1935, in Ionia. She died Dec. 21, 
1984.

He was a farmer most of his life, and was a member of St. Edward's Catholic 
Church.

Surviving are a son, Lewis Lehman III, of Haughton, La.; two daughters, Doris 
Lehman of Palo and Mrs. Frank (Shirley) Wilbur of Charlotte; three 
grandchildren and four step grandchildren; and one sister, Theresa Lehman of 
Ionia. 

He was preceded in death by three sisters and one brother.

Funeral Mass will be Monday at 10 a.m. at St. Edward's Catholic Church, the 
Rev. James Bozung officiating.

Burial will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Ionia.
