GILMORE
   Charlotte Louise Helmer-Lehman-Gilmore, age 85, of Ionia, passed away peacefully
on Saturday, August 29, 2020.  Charlotte was born on May 23, 1935 in Ionia, daughter 
of Bert and Gladys (Rhoades) Helmer.
   She was a lover of hugs, and she enjoyed scratch-offs, puzzles and going to the
casino.  She loved genealogy, crocheting, wild-life, people watching and talking with 
her family.
   Charlotte is survived by her children, Patricia (James) Owens of Ionia, Nancy
(Paul) Hunter of Nevada, Teresa Shotwell of Ionia, Victor(Karen) Lehman of Ionia and 
Steven (Cheryl) Lehman of Ionia; 5 stepchildren; grandchildren, Melissa (Scott) 
Cardinel, Rebecca (Ben) Bowen, Angela (Jodee) Hunter, Terry (Wendy) Janes, Blane 
(Tessa) Shotwell, Corey Shotwell, Natalie Lehman, Brennen Lehman and Joanna Owens; 
many step-grandchildren, great grandchildren, step great grandchildren, and step 
great-great grandchildren; and special friends, Sandra Sayers and Jim Taylor.
   She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Donald Gilmore; sister,
Bernice Falsetta; brother, Charles Helmer; brother-in-law, Jack Falsetta; step 
grandson, Kenneth Winright; step great grandsons, Nathaniel Williams and Riggings 
Williams.
   Funeral Services will be private.  Memorial Contributions can be made to West
Michigan Hospice; 318 East Main St., Sutie F, Lowell, MI 49331.  Or the Zion Food Bank.
