Lake Odessa Wave - Friday March 3, 1899

Chas.Leigh, of Woodbury, died at the home of his son in Alto, Monday Morning. The 
remains were taken to Woodbury by Mr. Weed, and the funeral was held Wednesday at 
ten o'clock at the home in Woodbury, the service being conducted by Rev. Boswick, 
of Woodbury.The remains were interred in Lakeside cemetery. He leaves a wife and 
four grown children. Mr.Leigh was at Alto taking care of a son, who was seriously 
ill with the grip, when he was taken ill, which ended so sadly.
