Ionia County News, 9 Mar 1939

Funeral services for Frank C. Lemke, 53, of Grand Rapids and formerly of Ionia,
who died Friday, March 3, were held Monday morning at his home, 547 Naylor
street, S.W., Grand Rapids, at 10 o’clock with the Rev. Dorm, pastor of the
Redeemer Lutheran church officiating.  The body was brought to the St. Johns
Lutheran church in Ionia and services were conducted at 2:30 o’clock Monday
afternoon by Rev. Dorm, assisted by Rev. R.A. Rook, pastor.  Interment was in
the Highland Park.

Pall bearers were Fred H. Rubach, Emil Rubach and Otto L. Rubach, Paul H.
Schipper, H.J. Tafel, Robert Tafel, sr., Herman H. Smith, sr., and William Stoll.
