Saturday, September 15, 1905 

Frank Lemon, many years ago in the grocery business in Ionia, but who has been
west for 20 or 25 years, going as far as Alaska, and who returned to Easton a
few months ago, with consumption fastened upon him, died last night. His age was
about 69 years, and he leaves a wife who is seriously ill and not expected to
recover. He leaves one son, who is a lumberman in Arkansas. A brother resides in
Kansas. His sister is the wife of Wm. J. Conner of Easton. Funeral at the home
in Easton on Monday at 10:30 a.m. Interment in Saranac.
