Louis E. Lennemann, 72, of Pewamo died Nov. 14, at a Lansing hospital.  He was
born Nov. 26, 1917, in Westphalia, the son of Frank and Mary Thelen Lennemann.

He is survived by his wife, Geraldine; two step-sons; G. William Updyke of
Lansing and Dennis Updyke of Lansing; seven step-grandchildren; five sisters:
Odelia Feldpausch of Fowler, Mary E. Smith of Fowler, Martha Fox of Fowler,
Sister Regina Lennemann of Willemette, Illinois, and Anna Huhn of Pewamo.

He retired after working for Consumers Power Co. for many years.  He served in
World War II and was a member of Knights of Columbus.

Rosary services were held Nov. 16 at St. Mary’s Chapel in Westphalia.  Funeral
mass was held at St. Joseph Church in Pewamo with the Rev. Joseph Pettit
officiating.  Burial was in St. Joseph Cemetery.  Funeral arrangements were made
by Neller Funeral Home.
