Ionia Shoppers Guide - March 12, 2011


Erwin B. Lenneman age 94 of Portland passed away on Sunday, March 6, 2011. 
Surviving are his children James (Betty) Lenneman of Texas, Robert (Patricia) 
Lenneman of Portland, Marie (Gary) Wight of Arizona, Donald Lenneman of 
Fenwick, Florian (Cynthia) Lenneman of DeWitt, Erwin (Michele) Lenneman of 
Corunna, and Ann (David) Denslowof California; 20 grandchildren, 28 great 
grandchildren; brother, Joseph (Julianne) Lenneman; sisters, Josetta Gasper and 
Bertha (William) Davarn; many nieces and nephews. 

The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, March 
10, 2011 at St. Patrick Catholic Church with Rev. Larry King presiding. Rite of 
Committal will follow at Portland Cemetery. The family will receive friends 7 -
9 p.m., Tuesday and 3-4 and 7-9 p.m., Wednesday at the Schrauben-Lehman funeral 
Home, 210 E. Bridge St., Portland. The rosaries will be prayed at 8 p.m., 
Tuesday and 3 p.m., Wednesday. A Scriptural Wake Service will be held at 8 
p.m., Wednesday/ Memorial contributions may be made to McLaren Hospice, Ionia 
Co. Commission on Aging or to the Fr. Floe Foundation in memory of Erwin.
