Joyce T. Lenneman, age 58, passed away on Friday, March 21, 2014 with her 
family at her side.  She was born on February 22, 1956 in Portland the daughter 
of Elgin and Marie Fox, Sr. 

Joyce was member of St. Patrick Catholic Church, enjoyed weekend trips and an 
occasional stop at the casino.  She enjoyed playing cards, watching sports 
especially M.S.U., Detroit Tigers and the Lions.  Joyce touched the lives of 
many children over the years, being a daycare provider, she was dedicated to 
her family and children always putting others in front of herself. 

She was preceded in death by her father, Elgin Fox, Sr.; brother-in-law, Ronald 
Meyers. Surviving are her husband of 37 years, Dave; children Brad (Jade) 
Lenneman, Marsha (Ben) Harmon and Brian (Brenda) Lenneman; granddaughter, 
Kinsley; mother, Marie Fox; siblings Linda Meyers, Bonnie (John) Jenks, Elgin 
Fox, Jr., Jane (Cliff) Sharp, Nancy (Clay) Sharp; father and mother-in-law, Joe 
and Julianne Lenneman; in laws Dan (Patty) Lenneman, Ruth (Fred) Proctor, Kevin 
(Julie) Lenneman, Mary Lou (Paul) Simon and Shirley (Bob) Smith; many nieces, 
nephews and special friends. 

The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 
25, 2014 at St. Patrick Catholic Church with Rev. Larry King, presiding.  Rite 
of Committal will follow at Portland Cemetery.  The family will receive friends 
2-4 and 7-9 p.m., Sunday and 7-9 p.m., Monday at the Lehman Funeral Home, 210 
E. Bridge St., Portland.  The rosary will be prayed at 8 p.m., Sunday and the 
Scriptural Wake Service will be prayed at 8 p.m., Monday.  Memorial 
contributions may be made to the St. Patrick Athletic Assoc. in memory of Joyce.
