LLOYD LEONARD 1939-2017
Lloyd D. Leonard, age 77, of Greenwood, passed away peacefully, at home, 
surrounded by his family on Saturday, July 22nd. He was born Sept. 3rd. 1939 to 
Milton I. and Elenita (Stevens) Leonard in Hollister, California.

He grew up in Ionia, MI and graduated from Ionia High School, in 1958. He 
attended Ferris State College in Big Rapids, MI. Where he was a member of the 
Theta Xi Fraternity. After receiving his Bachelor's degree, he moved to 
Columbus,IN and worked for and retired from Allison Transmission, in 
Indianapolis, IN.

Lloyd is survived by his wife, Julie (Woods) Leonare; his sister, Barbara 
Sorrell; brother-in-law, Robbie (Linda) Woods; sister-in-law Nancy Woods; 
children, Grier (Valorie) Leonard, David Meek, Amy (Meek) Littiken, and John 
Meek; grandchildren, Gavin Leonard, Gemma Leonard, Kayli Littiken, Taylor 
Littiken, Caden Littiken, and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; mother-in-law, Beverly Woods; and 
brother-in-law, Melvin Sorrell and David Woods.

In remembrances of a loving and gentle man, a Celebration of Lloyd's life took 
place 1 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, July 29th at Jessen Funeral Home, Whiteland 
chapel-729 N. U.S. Hwy, 31.
