Jacob (Jack) LePard, 73, veteran and retired chef at the Michigan Veterans 
Facility in Grand Rapids, passed away Friday at the Veterans Hospital in Ann 
Arbor.

He was well known locally, and was the son of Mr. and Mrs. David LePard. He has 
many relatives in the area.

Surviving are two sons, M. Carroll of Grand Rapids and Darrell of Hudsonville; 
four daughters, Mrs. Alfred (Maxine) Williams and Mrs. Robert (Marie) Stengel of 
Grand Rapids, Mrs. Donovan (Jackie) Joslin of Hudsonville and Mrs. Donald 
(Barbara) Cook of Grand Rapids; grand and great grandchildren; and a sister 
Lenna LePard of Grand Rapids.

Funeral services were held on Monday at 1:30 at the Cook Funeral Home, 
Grandville with burial in the Blythefield Memory Gardens under the auspices of 
the American Legion.
