          MRS. DANIEL LEPARD

                          ------

   Mary Ann  Lepard, wife of Daniel Lepard, died at her home here Friday afternoon. 
Mrs. Lepard was 80 years 
old, and heart trouble is given as the cause of her death, which was sudden.

   Mrs. Lepard was born in Seneca county, Ohio, and came to live in Lake Odessa soon
after her marriage in 
1894.  she leaves an aged husband, a sister, Mrs. J. P. Sutton, a brother, Timothy
Green, and a host of friends 
to mourn.

   The funeral was held Sunday afternoon from the Congregational church. Rev. L. L.
Steadman preached the 
sermon and music was furnished by a men's quartette, composed of Wm. Gilson, Leon T.
Gilson, Wm. Naber, 
and Maurice D. Armstrong, accompanied by Mrs. Mary Slosson. The remains were
interred in Lakeside.
