Lake Odessa Wave - Thursday July 24, 1902

Mrs. Elizabeth Lepard, formerly of Carlton township, died July 17th at her home 
near Evart, and her remains were brought on Saturday to the home of A.J. 
Baumgardner. the funeral was held Sunday at the Tamarack church and the body was 
interred in the Lakeside cemetery. The deceased with her son, Mr.Frank Olmstead, 
moved from their old home in Carlton about two years ago and settled on a new 
farm  near Evart. She was the mother of five sons and one daughter, all of whom 
are living and attended the funeral except one son who visited his mother shortly 
before her death and was obliged to return to his home in Minnesota.
