WIDOW OF LATE ALDEN LEPPER ANSWERS CALL
Her Death Followed Operation Preformed Wednesday in Battle Creek Hospital

Mrs. Nora Lepper died at the Nichols hospital at Battle Creek Thursday, Mrs. Lepper
had not been in good health for some time, and had entered the hospital for an
operation. The operation was preformed Wednesday.

Mrs. Lepper, who was 70 years of age at the time of her death, and was the widow of
the late Alden Lepper. The family had been reasidents of Ionia for many years. Mrs.
Lepper was a member of the First Methodist church.

She is survived by four children, Eugene Lepper , and Mrs. J. W. McGee, of Battle
Creek; Mrs. J. O. Tucket, of Detroit, and Mrs. Max Wilson, of Ionia.

Mrs. Wilson went to Battle Creek Wednesday, and Mrs. Wilson left Thursday noon for
that city. The funeral party were expected to arrive in Ionia about 6 o'clock Thursday
evening. The funeral arrangements were not be to made until after their arrival here.

The funeral for Mrs. Nora Lepper was attended from the residence of her daughter, 
Mrs.Max Wilson, 122 East Lincoln avenue, Saturday morning at at 10 o'clock. The
service was conducted by Rev. Charles J. Kruse.

The music was furnished by Mrs. Thane Benedict and Mrs. Ray Colwell with Mrs.
Leonard Swanson at the piano. The bearers were M. Dee Wilson, Walter Snell, Maurice Strong
and Eugene Hannah. Burial took place in the family lot at Highland Park cemetery.
