The Ionia Daily Sentinel, Friday, June 27, 1913


Simon Leroy, for years a noted character of Hubbardston, was found dead upon 
the floor of his home in that village by neighbors Monday morning, death it is 
said was due to heart disease.  A neighbor stepping in to the house later saw 
him lying on the floor where he had fallen from a couch and when he 
investigated he found the unfortunate man was dead.
