Saranac- Florence E. Lester, 82, 320 Summit St., Saranac, died Wednesday at 
her home.

She was born in Grand Rapids Nov. 16, 1903, the daughter of William and Edna 
Friend. 

She married Orno Lester Jan. 15, 1932, in Grand Rapids, and had lived in the 
Saranac area since 1942.

Survivors include her husband, Orno; one son, Bruce Lester of Campau Lake, 
three grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Two brothers and one sister preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be Saturday at 1 p.m. from the Lake Funeral Home in 
Saranac, with the Rev. Ronald Tuinstra of the South Boston Bible Church 
officiating. 

The family will be at the funeral home today from 7-8:30 p.m. and Friday 
from 2-4 and 7-8:30.
