                                ROLLIE LETTS

IONIA-Rollie Letts, 78, of West Lincoln Avenue, Ionia, died Thursday afternoon 
at Ionia County Memorial Hospital.

Mr. Letts was born in Durand on Jan.7, 1902, the son of John and Belle Swarthout 
Letts. The family moved to Ionia, where he attended school.

Mr.Letts went to work for the Ypsilanti-Reed furniture factory, and later with 
Ionia Manufacturing, where he worked for 40 years. He retired in 1961.

Mr.Letts married Emma Klenk on Sept. 15, 1925, and she preceded him in death on 
Jan. 23, 1980.

He was a member of the SS Peter & Paul Church.

Survivors include one brother, Paul of Ionia; and one sister, Mrs.Adah Morey of 
Ionia.

Mass will be Monday at 11 a.m. in the SS Peter and Paul Church with the Rev. 
Henry Dondzila officiating. Burial will be in Mt.Olivet Cemetery.

A Scriptual wake service will be conducted at 8 p.m. Sunday at the Leddick 
Funeral Home. The family will receive friends and relatives at the funeral home 
Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
