The LeValleys were for years residents of this vicinity, having lived near Maple Corners. They moved there about 50 years ago, next going to Pewamo and from there to Muir. After the death of his wife Mr. LeValley went to live with his son, Edward, at Middleton and latterly had resided with his daughter at Carland. He has another son, Lewis, who lives at Grand Ledge. His last illness was of short duration. He was taken sick on Thursday and passed away Sunday. Mr. LeValley was born in Canada in 1838.
