The Ionia Standard, Friday, February 15, 1889

Mrs. Mahala, wife of David Lewis, died on Monday, at her home on East 
Washington street, at the age of 64 years.  Funeral services were conducted at 
the residence on Wednesday morning, by Rev. A. M. Gould.  The interment was at 
Snow’s Corners.
