The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Thursday, October 21, 1971

Mrs. Margaret Lewis, 24, of 310 King, Lowell, died Wednesday afternoon at 
Butterworth hospital in Grand Rapids where she had been a patient since 
October 11.

Born in Easton township, May 16, 1947, she was the daughter of Kenneth P. and 
Helen Warden Rowley.  She was a graduate of Ionia high school, member of 
Easton United Methodist church and employed by Root Manufacturing Company of 
Lowell.

She was married to Gene Lewis, June 6, 1970, who survives; also her mother, 
Mrs. Helen Rowley of Easton township; three brothers, Richard of Ohio, James 
of Ionia and David of Saranac; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Ford M. 
Rowley of Easton township.

Mrs. Lewis will be at Stone-Kauffman funeral home until noon Saturday when she 
will be taken to Easton United Methodist church for funeral services at 1:30 
p.m.  Interment will be at Easton cemetery.
